Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Introduction

At Ecomrise Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality eCommerce consulting, marketplace management, digital marketing, website development, and related professional services. We value transparency and strive to maintain clear expectations regarding refunds and cancellations.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Nature of Our Services

Our services are primarily digital, professional, and customized to each client’s specific business requirements. Since most projects involve consultation, planning, creative work, technical implementation, and time-based efforts, they cannot typically be returned like physical products.

Project Confirmation

A project is considered confirmed once:

  • The client accepts the quotation or proposal.
  • Payment (full or partial) is received, where applicable.
  • Work has been scheduled or initiated.

Once work begins, resources are allocated specifically for the client’s project.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation before work has commenced by contacting us in writing.

If work has already started, cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the progress of the project. Charges may apply for work completed up to the date of cancellation.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

A refund may be considered only if:

  • A payment was made in error.
  • A duplicate payment was processed.
  • Ecomrise Solutions is unable to commence the agreed service due to reasons solely within our control.

Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method, wherever possible.

Non-Refundable Services

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • Consultation services already delivered.
  • Marketplace management services already performed.
  • Product listing and catalog management work already completed.
  • Creative design work that has been delivered.
  • Website development work already completed.
  • Digital marketing campaigns that have been executed.
  • Services delayed due to the client’s failure to provide required information, approvals, or access.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth project execution, clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information.
  • Supplying required documents and content on time.
  • Granting necessary access to relevant platforms.
  • Reviewing submitted work within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Communicating requested revisions clearly.

Delays caused by incomplete information or delayed approvals may impact project timelines and do not automatically qualify for refunds.

Service Modifications

If project requirements change after work has commenced, additional timelines, costs, or revised quotations may apply.

Such changes will be communicated to the client before implementation whenever reasonably practicable.

Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional situations, Ecomrise Solutions may, at its sole discretion, offer:

  • A partial refund,
  • Service credit,
  • Project rescheduling, or
  • An alternative resolution,

where deemed appropriate based on the specific circumstances.

Processing of Approved Refunds

Where a refund is approved:

  • Processing will generally begin within 7–14 business days.
  • The actual credit timeline may depend on the payment provider or banking institution.
  • Any applicable transaction charges or third-party processing fees may be deducted where permitted by law.

Limitation

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies only to services provided directly by Ecomrise Solutions.

It does not apply to fees charged by third-party platforms, payment providers, advertising platforms, hosting providers, software vendors, or government authorities.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.

Updated versions will be published on this page with the revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
